Horizontal Plate-Bending Rolls: Designed for bending details from flat steel, offering cold rolling capabilities for sheet thicknesses of up to 70 mm and hot rolling capabilities for sheet thicknesses of up to 110 mm. With advanced technology and robust construction, these rolls deliver exceptional performance in shaping steel components to meet diverse specifications and requirements.

Mechanical & Hydraulic Pressing

Mechanical Presses: Ranging in capacity from 63 to 315 tons, these presses are specifically tailored for cold forming processes. They provide the necessary force and precision for shaping flat steel into detailed components with consistency and accuracy.

Hydraulic Presses: With a capacity of up to 1000 tons, our hydraulic presses excel in both cold and hot forming applications for details made from flat steel. These presses offer versatility and power, enabling us to efficiently produce a wide range of components while maintaining quality and precision.

Thermal & Plasma Cutting

Thermal Cutting: Our facility is equipped with the Kometa-3.6K gas-cutting machine, capable of handling plates with maximum dimensions of 8000x3600x200 mm. We ensure precision with a desired shape reproduction accuracy of +/- 0.35 mm, enabling us to deliver accurate and consistent results for a wide range of applications.

Plasma Cutting: We employ the Powercut-1500 plasma cutter for thermal cutting of high-alloyed steels with thicknesses of up to 38 mm. This advanced equipment provides efficient and precise cutting, allowing us to meet the demands of complex projects with ease and accuracy.

Oxygen, Chemical Flux Cutting: Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including oxygen chemical flux cutting machines, which enable us to cut materials with thicknesses of up to 200 mm. With this equipment, we ensure efficient and reliable cutting processes, meeting the needs of various industries with high-quality results.

Machining

Turning Lathes: Our facility boasts turning lathes capable of processing diameters exceeding 800 mm over the carriage, with the ability to accommodate workpieces up to 6000 mm in length. These lathes are equipped to handle a wide range of projects, offering precision and efficiency in machining various components to meet specific requirements.

Turning-and-Boring Lathes: Additionally, we have turning-and-boring lathes designed to process diameters of up to 5000 mm. These lathes are versatile machines capable of performing both turning and boring operations, ensuring accuracy and reliability in machining large-scale components.

Welding

Our plant's welding capabilities are certified by independent inspections in compliance with EN 15614-1, EN 15614-7, EN 15614-8, and ASME CODE sec IX standards. This certification authorises us to weld diverse structures, including those fabricated from carbon, low-alloyed, heat-resisting, and high-alloyed steels, bimetal, and various alloys. We employ a range of welding techniques such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). Additionally, our procedures accommodate overlaying corrosion layers, including brass, ensuring the durability and reliability of welded components.

Heat Treatment

Gas Furnaces: High-temperature tempering, tempering and quenching, and normalising for welded structures, accommodating sizes up to 28000x4000x4000 mm,5300x2500x1800 mm, and 1200x1500x3000 mm respectively, at temperatures ranging from 650°C to 1100°C.

Electric Furnaces: Quenching, normalising, negative hardening, and tempering for various details, including tool-making facilities and press tools, with dimensions up to 600x600x1500 mm and 900x400x800 mm. Local heat treatment of welding seams, achieving temperatures up to 850°C using the Standard Europa 82/6 machine.
